My personalised bodybuilding split I've been using for the past 12 months. Keep in mind, this is to improve my personal weaknesses, therefore if we do not share the same imperfections, I would advise against purchasing this program. Of course you will still grow from it regardless, however I personally have underdeveloped arms and calves. So if you have massive arms and calves genetically, You may not improve other muscle groups as quickly by using this program compared to one tailored to your personal goals.

    No matter your goal, chances are, you always will and have always wanted to get bigger and stronger. My view on building muscle through strength training was always a simple one, but not an easy one - it takes grit. This program is a simple, easy to follow formula which no matter your genetics or starting point, you will make solid improvements. I started to notice when I used this program on some of my clients, they started making ridiculous gains, so I knew it was worth uploading to the page.

I see this program as a somewhat personal journey for each athlete as you will learn what 'works for you' and what doesn't as you add different exercises in and out of it. The beauty of the program is that you can follow it completely word for word and not add any extra bits in and you will get the most insane results. 9 weeks is plenty, sure, but best believe you can reuse this over and over again and get constant sick gains.
